Pickle is an adorable 4-year-old Shih Tzu weighing just 9 pounds. He came to CAMO Rescue as an owner surrender alongside his sister, through no fault of their own, and is now ready to find his forever home just in time for the holidays!
Pickle is a sweet and playful little guy who loves spending time in the yard with his favorite toy. When he’s not running around, he’s perfectly happy snuggled up in your lap, enjoying some quality cuddle time. Pickle is wonderful with other dogs, cats, and kids, making him an ideal addition to any family.
He’s currently working on his leash etiquette and potty training, making steady progress with patience and consistency.

CAMO Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that offers life, health, and a forever home. We specialize in dogs that other rescues can’t or won’t take due to fearful nature or medical needs. We primarily rescue ‘euthanasia listed’ animals that are in immediate danger of death. We provide shots, spay/neuter, microchip, foster homes, food, medical treatment and love to dogs that are abandoned, unwanted or otherwise in need. We never euthanize an animal to make room for another. In addition to caring for our dogs and finding the best possible home for them, we provide education to the community; encouraging and promoting responsible pet ownership. If needed, our rescue dogs are retrained to socialize in an adoptive loving family. We have had phenomenal success, and amazing support from our community.
