Cecilia is a sweet, petite 7-year-old pitbull terrier mix weighing just 35 pounds. Though she may be a little shy at first, it only takes a few minutes for her to warm up and become your loyal best friend. She’s friendly with other dogs and absolutely loves people, making her a wonderful companion. Currently in Tennessee, Cecilia is ready to find her forever home and can be transported to an approved foster or adopter. She can't wait to meet you!
