My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I am 7 years young and I spent the last couple of years at the vets office where my family abandoned me. I thought they were just going on vacation -- and they came back, and I was so excited to see them -- and I watched as my sister left and waited for my turn but it wasn’t meant to be. I wondered for weeks what I did waiting for their return because it had to be a mistake! It wasn’t, I was left behind! Until one day, a rescue came in and saw me they brought this really nice guy with them who I would come to know as my trainer to get me ready for adoption. I was like "this is awesome!, I have finally left the building!" I have done so well my trainer has helped me so much and I proud to say I finally graduated!

I am ready for adoption! I like other dogs and kids - they drop food, and I clean it up for you! I am the original couch tater ! We can chill and watch movies or go for a drive or even take a long walk!

I don’t know much about the meows of this world haven’t been around many but they may be ok!

I am neutered and have all my shots and I have my EXTREMELY GOOD BOY CERTIFICATES!

So if you want a new bestie I am the guy for you!

More about this rescue

Our mission is to save the lives of dogs facing euthanasia in high-kill shelters nationwide by pledging funds that enable rescues to take in, rehabilitate, and rehome animals in need. On occasion, if we do not have a local rescue in place in the city the dogs are in, we bring them to Illinois to avoid their euthanasia. They are placed in boarding for vetting, once done, they are promoted for fostering or adoption.
