My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Beatrice (A108531) is an 8-year-old DLH cat who weighed just under 14 pounds on intake!

01/06/25 This beautiful and talkative gal is Beatrice! Beatrice was surrendered to the shelter because she was not getting along with the other cats in the home. She was also said to be fearful of dogs and would run and hide from them. We think Beatrice would do best in a home without other animals. She is people-friendly and has been very loving toward the care staff at the shelter. Her prior owner noted that she does well with older children but has no experience around babies and small children. She may enjoy a calmer household where she can feel at ease! Beatrice was said to be litterbox trained and has used it well at the shelter. Her prior owner noted that her coat does get matted very easily so they routinely had her shaved. If you are interested in meeting Beatrice, please let us know!
