About Me: Looking for love? Well, you’ve found it! I’m Bellie, a 40-pound brindle-and-white beauty with a heart full of affection. If cuddling were an Olympic sport, I’d be taking home the gold! I’ll gently paw at you if you’re not paying enough attention — I like to make sure I’m getting ALL the love.

My Ideal Day:

• Lazy walks where I take in all the smells (my leash game is TIGHT!)
• Car rides to new adventures
• Sniffing around nature trails
• Endless cuddle sessions on the couch
• Playing with plush toys, licking Kongs, and tackling lick mats

My Daily Grind ?  Holding down the couch while my hooman brings home the kibble. It’s a tough job, but someone’s gotta do it!

The Basics:  I’m a calm, sweet girl who adores everyone I meet (especially if you come bearing treats or toys). I’m a pro at 'come,' 'sit,' and 'leave it,' and always ready to learn more — especially if yummy rewards are involved. My potty skills are pretty solid, and I’ve been accident-free in my foster home, though I might need a little time to get used to a new routine. I’m crate trained and ready to be your loyal, loving companion!

Currently Taking it Easy: I’m finishing up heartworm treatment, so I’m taking it slow for now, but once I’m back at full strength, I’ll be ready for all the walks and fun we can handle together.

Looking For: A cat-free home that’s full of love, patience, and belly rubs. I’m looking for a lifelong companion who will cherish me as much as I’ll cherish them. I promise to shower you with snuggles and devotion, 24/7. ❤️

Animal Rescue of the Rockies believes every pet should find a wonderful and caring home. To ensure each pet finds the best possible home, we ask you fill out our adoption application so we can learn more about you and your household. We review each application in the order submitted and will contact you within 48 hours  (please check your spam folder for our emails) .

If you and the dog are a good match then we'll connect you with our dog's foster parents to chat more in-depth. If both you and the foster agree that the dog is a good fit then a meet and greet is scheduled. We require applicants' dogs to meet ours to ensure they get along. We'll ask you to read and sign our adoption agreement and pay the adoption fee to complete the adoption when it comes time. Our adoption fees help cover the costs of saving more lives!  A home visit will be scheduled within one week of your new pet going home with you. 

The adoption fee for this pet is $375. Our adoption fee covers the following:

Spay/neuter

Microchip

DAPP vaccinations as age-appropriate for the dog. 

Rabies vaccinations as age-appropriate for the dog.

Adopters shall be responsible for all vaccinations after adoption.

Our adoption process is:

1. Fill out our Adoption Application online.  We'll contact you within 48 hours to answer any questions you may have about the pet.

2. If the pet looks like a great match, we'll schedule a meet and greet and ask you to fill out our online Adoption Agreement if you'd like to proceed with adopting.  Once you've completed the Adoption Agreement and pay the pet's Adoption Fee, you can arrange to pick up your new furry family member!
