Pookie is a sweet girl who has had a rough like until now. Pookie has already had a litter of puppies at the age of one. She was left to run the streets while still nursing her babies which were sold at 6 wks of age. Pookie came into rescue thin , scared, and covered in fleas. She was so scared that when you reached to pet her she would flatten herself on the floor. Pookie has made great strides in a short period of time, she is affectionate, loves to sleep in your lap, is crate trained and doing great with housebreaking. Pookie is great with other dogs and kids. Pookie has been spayed, utd on vaccines, clear on hw but positive for Lyme which she’s being treated for. Urinalysis was clear. Pookie is also microchipped.
