Terry came to us from the Fort Worth Animal Shelter after being found as a stray. While waiting for a foster or forever home, he’s been spending his days at a doggie daycare, where he’s proven to be a wonderful playmate for all the pups there.

He’s great at reading other dogs and even tolerates those awkward doggy friends who get a little too close. Thoughtful, friendly, and patient, Terry’s personality shines through in every interaction!

Terry is medium-sized, crate-trained, and house-trained, making him a great fit for both homes and apartments. He’s medium-to-high energy but knows when to settle himself down, making him adaptable to different lifestyles. He’s also eager to please and listens well to his handlers, so he’s easy to manage and ready to learn.

Terry prefers older kids who can match his energy and playfulness. He’d do great as an only dog but would also thrive with a doggy sibling if properly introduced.
