My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Rascal - a big-hearted, big-pawed kitty with a personality to match his impressive size! Despite his name, Rascal is more of a lovable goofball than a troublemaker. Whether he’s pouncing on feather toys with surprising agility or sprawling out like a majestic feline king, he knows how to command attention and affection.

This gentle giant is equally skilled at being playful and snuggly. After showing off his playful moves, Rascal is all about curling up for cozy naps and sharing his soothing purrs with his favorite humans. He’s the ultimate blend of entertainer and cuddle buddy.

Rascal would thrive in a loving home where he can play, explore, and stretch out to his heart’s content (and trust us, he’ll need room to stretch!). Families, singles, or seniors alike will fall for his charm.

If you’re looking for a larger-than-life companion who will keep you smiling, come meet Rascal today! This big guy is ready to find his forever home and take up a big space in your heart!

More about this shelter

Founded in 1868, The SF SPCA is a community-supported nonprofit dedicated to saving, protecting and caring for cats and dogs. We do this through immediate care of animals that are homeless, ill or in need of an advocate, but we also work to educate the community, reduce the number of unwanted kittens and puppies through spaying/neutering, and improve the quality of life for animals and their companions.
