My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Adorably, fluffy and fun loving Griffin was adopted from a shelter in Arkansas. He had a long history of LOVING the Scooby Snacks a little too much and found himself needing to make some new years resolutions. Over the last year he was able to drop 19lbs! With this new found confidence, has also grown a urge to sit high on the thrown as the only adoring pet in the home. As a result, his family reached out to LHS to help find him a home that can give him all the one on one love and attention he deserves in a home where he is the only doggie on board.

Griffin is housebroken and can be trusted to have free roam of the home. He would do best in a home with older respectable kiddos. He is very friendly and above all, wants nothing more than to be your best buddy!

He has been neutered, is brought current on vaccinations, he is heartworm negative and microchipped. All he needs now is a forever home to call his own. Adopters will complete an adoption app. If he/she has a pet, we will check their vet reference and a home visit is not needed (as long as the vet reference is current). All pets must be up to date current on Heartworm prevention and S/N. If a home visit is needed, we will complete that ASAP--as we don't want any delays in the adoption process. The adoption fees are listed here: https://legacyhumanesociety.org/adoption-fees/. There is a 5-day grace period to make sure he/she is a good fit for your family. A full refund will be issued if the pet is returned within the 5-day trial period.
