Just like her sister Moonpie, Whoopie is an outgoing and social sweetheart who thrives on companionship. Growing up in a foster home with adult cats and a grumpy dog has given her a solid foundation in making friends of all kinds. Whoopie’s playful energy and lovable personality make her an irresistible addition to any family. Whether she’s chasing a toy, exploring her surroundings, or snuggling up for some affection, Whoopie is always ready to bring joy and love into her forever home.

FMAR felines are spayed/neutered, microchipped, vaccinated for age-appropriate shots, and negative for FIV/FeLV.

More about this shelter

We are a nonprofit, no-kill animal shelter comprised mostly of volunteers. We take in cats and dogs from local shelters and the public who can no longer care for their pets. Each of the volunteers at FMAR has a tremendous amount of love for animals and simply wants to do what they can to ensure that as many animals as possible find a forever home. Until then, each animal has a home at FMAR indefinitely.
