TEDDY, the sweetest, happiest boy who has never met a human or dog he didn’t like!
At 6 years old, Teddy’s youthful energy often causes people to mistake him for a puppy. He’s a fun-loving guy who thrives on adventure, playtime, and affection. Teddy’s favorite activities include playing fetch, taking long walks, and being the perfect copilot for car rides. He’s fantastic on a leash and enjoys exploring the world around him. After a day of fun, Teddy is all about cuddles—he’ll gladly snuggle on the couch with you or curl up in bed if you let him. Teddy is fully housebroken and knows basic commands, making him a polite and well-mannered companion. However, his curious nature means he might try to snag something yummy off the counter or table if left within reach—his love for treats makes it hard to resist! While Teddy isn’t the biggest fan of his crate, he’ll jump right in for treats and settle down after a few minutes.Teddy’s perfect home would be with someone who loves to go on adventures and is ready to give him all the snuggles he craves. If you’re looking for a sweet, playful, and loyal best friend, Teddy is ready to fill your life with love and joy!
Please Note:

More about this rescue
Somerset Cottage Poodle Rescue, established in 2013, is an all volunteer 501c(3) dog rescue funded by your donations. We rescue companion and senior dogs, at risk for euthanasia, from overcrowded shelters and provide them with the medical attention they need. We also redone dogs for owners who can no longer care for them. We do not have a facility so all of our dogs live in foster homes through out the Northern Virginia area until their adoption day. We are proud that we find them perfectly matched forever homes and families. We rescue and find permanent homes for approximately 250 dogs a year.
