Greta was adopted from Wake County SPCA when she was 10 weeks old. She's about 5.5 months old now. We are reluctantly seeking a new home for her for a couple of reasons. First, we may be moving to the West Coast and would be keeping our home in North Carolina, which means renting a small apartment in California. Second, we are struggling to give her the love and dedication she needs and deserves. We had to put our soul-kitty of 19 years to rest earlier this year and we assumed we were ready to own another kitty, but it turns out that my partner and I are still very much grieving our last kitty. It's been incredibly hard on us, to say the least.
Greta is a tale (or tail) of two kitties. She is one of the sweetest and most snuggle-bunniest cats I've met, but she is also incredibly athletic and committed to playtime (she loves to play fetch with you). I am always at home unless I'm running errands, so we would be looking for a family that can spend a lot of time with her.
