My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

She’s a calm girly most of the time, but when she doesn’t like something, she’s not afraid to let you know by bopping you on the face. She looks like a tiny boxer when she does it and it’s hilarious. She curls up on our faces and likes to lick the inside of our noses. It’s so weird. Her favorite place to be is on your face while your sleeps, giving you just enough room to breathe, mostly. She’s an ideal lap cat, curling up in my lap while I watch TV on the couch, calm as can be. She’s amazingly chill and great and perfect.

Peony must be adopted into a home with other young cats or alongside one of her siblings: Poppy, Daffodil, or Hyacinth. Adopt Peony, and she’ll bring endless happiness and laughter into your life.

Now the fun part, bring a cat carrier in case you decide to take you cat home!

Sign Adoption Contract

You will be emailed a link to our online adoption contract. Simply fill it out online to transfer ownership from the rescue to you!

Thank you for your interest in Forever Fortunate Felines. We are very happy to have the opportunity to match you with your purr-fect cat-panion!

Once you complete the online application using the below link, you will be able to discuss and ask questions directly to the foster parent. We believe this is a big advantage to you as our organization is completely foster based, we really understand our cats personalities at a deep level. This helps to ensure a great match with you and your family.

Completing our online application does not commit you to adopt from our rescue. Rather it helps us to understand your requirements and match you with the best possible cat or kitten.

Once you complete the application and it is approved, we can set up a meet and greet and if all works out, you may bring the kittens or cats home the same day. Please make sure to bring an adequately sized pet carrier with you to your meet and greet. We recommend a pet carrier which opens from the top as this is the easiest way to place a cat inside a carrier. If you do decide to adopt, we do expect you to take home your cat the same day as there are so many cats and kittens which need to be rescued from high kill shelters, we almost always rescue a new cat or kitten the very next day. If it is not possible for you to take your cat or kitten home the same day, we do charge a boarding fee of $10 per day for supplies and to encourage you to take your newly adopted cat home. We will board for a maximum of 3 days if needed to allow you time to get needed supplies.

Our adoption fees are listed at the link below. This fee includes full vetting, flea treatment, de-worming, spay surgery, FeLV and FIV test, microchip insertion, and vaccinations up to date for the kittens or cats age. We are able to PayPal or most major credit cards for the adoption fee.
