Freya is a happy, loving and energetic girl, with the most beautiful, thoughtful eyes. She loves nothing more than a snuggle or a belly rub - except maybe a squeaky toy. This girl is a whuffle machine and makes the cutest little piglet noises.
We can only assume she had a family before, because she’s very used to giving and receiving love, is perfectly crate trained, walks with a loose leash, knows how to sit, and takes treats gently. She is ready and willing to learn whatever you want to teach her! She has a big brain and she wants to use it. She’s very curious and is delighted by toys, especially squeaky ones. She also loves puzzles, chewing, and playing hard with other dogs. She plays nicely with her foster sibling who is less than half her size. She takes turns, backs off when needed, and uses a soft mouth.
Lest we make her sound like too much of an angel, Freya is excitable and energetic with both humans and dogs. She is coachable though and she wants to be a good girl. With the right training, she is ready to learn to be the best dog for her forever fam!
Freya is truly a sweetheart who can’t wait to be your best girl. She would love to have a dog sibling to romp around with, but we also believe she would do well as an only dog as well since she loves to be the center of attention. Either way, she would do best in a situation where she can get plenty of mental/physical stimulation and some training to work on her manners.
Freya is around 3 years old and 75lb, but she’s been working on a New Year’s Resolution to lose 5-10lb
