Meet Sapphire!

Sapphire is a beautiful 3-month-old Australian Shepherd and Labrador Retriever mix who came to Sunny Bear Rescue just in time. She and her two sisters, Topaz and Amethyst, were placed on a kill list, but with the help of SWVA Animal Haven, their lives were saved.

This little gem has a sleek black coat with a touch of white that adds to her charm. Sapphire is a sweet and loving pup who is great with kids, other dogs, and should do fine with cats given her young age. While she isn’t house-trained yet, she does well in a crate and is eager to learn. She’s ready to sparkle in her forever home and bring joy to her new family!

Sapphire will grow to be a medium-sized dog and is here at Sunny Bear Rescue while she waits for her forever family. If you’re looking for a playful, loving addition to your home, Sapphire is ready to shine her light on you!
