My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sam is a purr box. He is a very affectionate boy and is great with other cats. Sam is sweet and patient with small children. Sam loves following around his person and rubbing against their feet. He loves chasing balls in the tower of tracks toy. Sam likes any variety of food. Sam is fed mostly Purina and Fancy Feast dry food and likes various wet food, including Fancy Feast kitten pate, Delectables, Friskies. He is not a fussy eater. Sam loves children, has not been exposed to dogs.

At Darbster Rescue, our goal is to place kittens, cats, and dogs with great, forever homes in New England. The pets are primarily from South Florida and other southern states where the euthanasia rates are very high. Our shelters are in New Hampshire which has a strong demand for pets relative to supply and where shelters like ours are strictly no kill operations. Our animals will go to their new homes spayed or neutered, UTD on shots and a clean bill of health from FL and NH. We are here to help everyone look for the perfect match for themselves and their family.
