Meet Lou,

LOCKED IN TRAILER AND STARVED AND NEGLECTED THEN DUMPED ON THE STREETS WITH TWO OTHER PUPS NOW THEY WILL DIE WITHOUT HELP!
Lou came into our shelter as a stray along with two other dogs. All three babies are terribly emaciated and smell as though they have been locked in a trailer somewhere. It looks as though they were then dumped. Despite their maltreatment, they are all so
