Meet Cindy,
LOCKED IN A TRAILER WITH 2 OTHER PUPS STARVED NEGLECTED AND THEN DUMPED ON THE STREETS TO DIE!

This poor girl has been through so much and now needs help. Will her hero be found in time to save her life? Cindy came into our shelter as a stray along with two other dogs. All three babies are terribly emaciated and smell as though they have been locked up somewhere. It looks as though they were then dumped. Despite their maltreatment, they are all
