My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lou is the cat you need in your home! We can't believe that shelter looked at him and said euthanize. He enjoys fitting into small boxes and snaking around your legs while you try to do chores. He is great with other cats, dogs and all ages. The shelter he came from said he is roughly 3 years old. He tested negative for FIV/FELV. He does have a crinkled ear due to untreated chronic ear infections. The vet said that it will not bother him going forward but regular ear cleaning is a must.

More about this rescue

Almost two years ago we got a vision and we stuck with it. We focus on the efforts of TNR (Trap neuter return) in various areas. We have been working on a colony in Doylestown every waking moment. There were over 200 cats when we started. Despite our best efforts, the cats are multiplying at alarming rates. The cats in this colony are in danger of being poisoned, run over by cars and even shot. Since January of 2022 we have TNR'd, found barn homes and adopted out over 200 cats now. Because of TNR less unwanted cats are born and that is why we do what we do!
