My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Please contact Allyce (allyceweigle@aol.com) for more information about this pet.

Hi my name is Tucker! I was found abandoned in a box on a highway and a nice vet tech took me in, until she found Castaway Critters and my foster mama.

I am a very sweet boy, I love to be pet and picked up, and I purr when I see you coming to pet me. I like watching birds from our sliding glass door, and I love hanging out with all the other cats in the house.

I had some problems with my hiney in the beginning, but I'm doing much better now. The vet says I will need a furever home that understands that I may need creams for any flare-ups with my rear-end!

If you have any questions or would like more information, you can email my foster mom Allyce at Allyceweigle@aol.com. You can also apply to adopt me, but I would like to be adopted with my other foster brother Elvis, OR if you have a cat I can be adopted alone. I need a playmate and will be so much fun for you!! I will be the best forever boy you could ever get!

Additional adoption info

We offer an online adoption application at www.castwaycritters.org. We do check references, vet references, and housechecks. Once you are approved, you will be required to fill out an adoption agreement. Our animals have all been wormed, altered and vaccinated. Cats have been tested for FIV/FeLV. For more information, see our website at www.castawaycritters.org.

Adoption application

Go meet their pets

All of our animals are in foster care so please complete an application at our website (www.castawaycritters.org) before meeting them. Completing an application does not obligate you to adopt; however, it is required. Applications are processed in the order received in an effort to find the best match possible for both the dog and the adopter.

Please also check out our events page on our website as fosters sometimes bring their available animals out to meet people!

More about this rescue

We are a non-profit rescue group that takes in stray, abandoned, and sick animals, giving them medical and foster care until available for adoption. We offer low cost spay/neuter clinics to the public and a special program called Operation CatNIP for pet cats of low income qualified individuals and feral cats, and assist in TNR for cats.
