Here's what the humans have to say about me:
The time has come for our sweet Bridget to find her forever home! Bridget came to us as a stray who had lived her life in a trailer park dumpster diving for her meals and after giving birth and having her pups stolen, by no small miracle amazing people in fresno were able to foster her pups then trap her and the whole family was brought to us for a reunion. Bridget was an amazing mom to her babies and now deserves to be spoiled for the rest of her life! Shes a petite little thing at 12 lbs and we think she is a chi/spaniel mix and roughly 1-2 yrs old. Bridget loves toys, loves people (though she is still afraid of being picked up) and especially loves people food 🤦♀️. Bridget does bark and chase cats. She is not quite housebroken but uses pee pads in her foster home. She is spayed, microchipped, dewormed and current on her vaccines. If you would like to meet this little sweetie please fill out an application at ozziespoundpuppies.org Her adoption fee is $300 ❤️🐾

Ozzies Pound Puppies is an all breed dog rescue based in Concord, CA. Our volunteers are committed to rescuing unwanted and abandoned dogs from the public and from shelters. Ozzies is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that receives no government funds. You can help make a difference for a shelter dog by fostering, adopting, volunteering or donating.
WHAT WE DO
Every day, hundreds of dogs are euthanized in shelters across the nation. City and county shelters are overrun with stray and surrendered dogs and have run out of space, this is why they have to euthanize dogs. Dogs are only given a short time to be adopted and then they get put down. Our Rescue will take in dogs that have run out of time at the shelter and find homes for them, thus freeing up shelter space and finding adoptable dogs a new family.
