My name is Paris!

This 4 year old sweetheart has been at the shelter since June 2024…and we don’t understand how. Paris is absolute puppy perfection!! She’s amazing with other dogs, cats and kids. She walks well on a leash, and knows how to sit & shake! Her favorite thing in the world? CUDDLES!! This girlie loves sitting in laps and giving hugs.  Paris is known for carrying blankets around in her mouth and bear-hugging them to nap. All this sweet girl wants is love!!!  Her little tail hardly stopped wagging, even in the car! She loves being a passenger princess because it puts her right up next to her person! When putting her back in her cage after her day out, she tried to climb back into our employee’s lap…let’s just say she’s a favorite of ours and it absolutely breaks our heart to know good pups like her are just waiting for someone to truly see them. The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.

The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
