ODIN is a very handsome and beautiful Norwegian Fjord, a Dun Grullo color, with striping on legs and a dorsal stripe. Odin is 15 hands, 15 years old, in excellent health, energetic and very sound, rideable for an intermediate-to-advanced rider who will understand Odin's life story. Odin is also good on trails and ties well, but does best when turned out before riding as he has plenty of energy. Odin has had the same loving, caring owner most of his life, but she can no longer ride horses.

Odin gets along with other horses, but is possessive of his food and should not be fed with or close to other horses.
Odin is highly intelligent, and wondering why he is not independent, and therefore having to depend on humans to feed and care for him.

Odin's mother died when he was only four weeks old and he was raised by being bottle-fed which was quite a job. Odin's adopter/foster person would need to have extensive experience with "difficult" horses, since his flaw is that he wants to bite everyone when in his corral and nip when out of his corral. Once he's familiar with a new person when handled, and knows his new person will "check" him on his nipping when handled, he will stop. He's just testing the person because he's bright and easily bored :o).
