With her fun-loving energy and joyful spirit, she’s the perfect companion for anyone who likes to stay active and enjoy the great outdoors. She would be up for any adventure you have in mind, whether that’s simply a walk through the neighborhood or a long hike through the woods. Her joy is contagious as she trots along beside you, her tail wagging in anticipation of whatever comes next. And Novalee is SO happy when she gets out her zoomies in the park - it’s impossible not to smile as she races through the field. Whether she’s chasing toys or just running for the sheer fun of it, she’s always living in the moment and wants to share that joy with her people. After a good run and playtime, Novalee is more than happy to wind down with you to enjoy quiet time. She’s just as content curling up for a nap or resting next to you as she is being out on an adventure. The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.

The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
