My name is Claire!

Claire is a large and in charge girl who loves to be petted. Claire was adopted out with her sister when she was a kitten but Claire was returned to FURR a few months ago for apparently being aggressive toward other cats and with food. Also the former owner said she would hide when people would come to the house. Claire was adopted out 5 years ago. Since Claire had been in my care she has not shown any food aggression or attacking other cats, she also likes the dogs. I have her on a weight management food and some exercise which slowly but surely she is losing weight. She was shaved right before she came to me because she was matted but her hair has come back and we brush her every week so she is comfortable. I have not seen any hiding or withdrawals she actually walks throughout the entire house. She loves to be cuddled and will sleep right next you someone. She is happiest when she has one on one time with people.
