This sweet 3-year-old Shih Tzu is looking for a second chance at life. Pepper Jack didn’t have the glamorous life he deserved—he spent most of his time tied in a backyard. Despite his rough past, he’s slowly learning that the world can be a kind and loving place.

Pepper Jack is timid in public but enjoys playing with other dogs. He’s a quiet boy who rarely barks and is working on his potty training like a champ! He’d thrive in a home with older kids and a patient family who can show him the love and care he’s been missing.
