This handsome gentleman is named Draco, and he is the sweetest boy you'll ever meet! Don't believe us? Come meet him and see for yourself! Draco came to the shelter on 12/29 because his former family chose to no longer care for him. Now Draco is waiting to meet the new forever family he can give all of his love and adoration to. Draco is just 5 years old and weighs 68lbs - perfect size for a dog his size, but trust us, it's all love! He'll make the perfect snuggle companion. He is a little strong on the leash but with proper training and patience he will have that mastered in no time at all! He a smart cookie as he knows commands of sit, stay and lay down. It is reported that Draco is good with kids, dogs, and is house and crate trained.
Draco is up-to-date on his vaccines, has tested negative for heartworms, and will be neutered and microchipped upon his adoption. He'll be patiently and happily waiting to meet his new family in Kennel 55, ID# 7216.

Cobb County Animal Services was established in 1971. As part of Cobb's Department of Public Safety, we serve the entire county, protecting the residents and animals of Cobb.
The mission of the Cobb County Animal Services Unit is to enforce state laws and county ordinances pertaining to animal control and management; educate the community on responsible pet ownership and wildlife care and provide housing and care for homeless animals, while coordinating their adoptions when possible and humane euthanization when adoptions are not possible.
