Hello, we'd like you all to meet Charlie Tuna... he's about 9 years old and weighs about 9 lbs. Charlie has been given all of his vaccinations, recently had a dental and has been neutered.

Charlie came out of a hoarding situation along with several other Maltese... he gets along well with other dogs and Loves to give kisses to his humans. Charlie is a beautiful boy and gets lots of attention when he's out and about walking on his leash.

Maltese Rescue California is a 501 (c) (3)nonprofit organization run purely on donations and adoption fees. We are dedicated to rescuing Maltese and Maltese mix dogs from California shelters and owner surrenders. Maltese Rescue CA is run by compassionate professionals who volunteer their time and resources to save and care for homeless Maltese. Along with dedicated veterinarians, we are able to spay/neuter and provide proper medical care to all of our dogs. Our goal and commitment is to secure loving forever homes, thus giving our dogs a second chance.
