My name is Thumbalina!

super sweet very shy upon first meet she’s a huge lover once she’s comfortable with you. She doesn’t like to be under the blankets the closest she comes to snuggling is right below the back of your knee . She likes to play outside she will do this bow position when she’s wanting to play but will roll over on her back for pets when you get close . She plays very well with other dogs but has to be submissive dogs because she feels threatened with dogs who are more mouthy.

This spunky girl is Thumbelina or Lina for short. She was saved from a Highway in Texas. She was seen standing petrified against the concrete wall as cars continuously drove past her at high rate speeds. Thummbelina managed to squeeze under the drain holes in the concrete and pinned herself between two concrete barriers! She is currently getting cozy with her foster mom, getting to cuddle in bed is her favorite part of the day. She doesn’t enjoy being under blankets though. When she is receiving pets and you stop she nudges you to keep going by hitting you with her paw or nudging you with her head! We are looking for a family to love and cherish her. We would love to see her go to a home with another dog and children because they help her come out of her shell.
