Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Born late April, Orson is the most beautiful muted orange. He was found abandoned at about four weeks old and fed cow’s milk by his well intentioned rescuer until she realized that he wasn’t thriving. Orson is a true trouble maker in the best way possible. If there is a box or bag or open cabinet, he will be in it.(as you can see from his pictures!). He is also a shoulder kitty and loves spending all of his time with his people. He does not have a favorite toy because he finds every toy irresistible. If interested in Orson inquire through this site or cattyshackrescue.org. ++Orson did have an early URI and does have a "sneezing" issue.

We screen potential adopters,can do home visits, and require an adoption fee. we do not allow declawing and all cats are returned to our shelter if there are problems in adopters home.

More about this rescue

We are a 501(c)(3) non profit group of unpaid volunteers who have come together to rescue cats from the street. Our group rescues cats already in trouble through abandonment. We saw a need in our community for cats on the street with no advocates to be helped through sheltering, spay/neuter and placement in homes of their own.
