Meet Rumbles! This lovely 1yo brown tabby came to us when his owner was unable to continue to care for her. Rumbles has Cerebellar Hypoplasia, a neurological condition. We would be happy to discuss this and his special needs. Rumbles has lived with other cats and may want a feline friend! Interested in meeting him??
