Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Hi there, I am a pretty little White Chihuahua mix named Tallulah. I am almost 2 years old and weigh almost 5 lbs, and I was left with my 4 little puppies inside a crate at the door of a veterinary clinic in San Antonio, Texas. Fast forward several months, and my puppies have all been adopted through 4 Little Paws Rescue and now it’s my turn to get the heck out of Texas and find a family of my own.
I’m a sweet little girl who loves people and follows my foster mom around the house, but I may need a little time to get to know you when we first meet. I’m friendly with other dogs and enjoy being the activities director at my foster home, inviting groups of dogs to play and once they do, I’ll find another group. I just like seeing everyone having some fun. I’m devoted to my people without being clingy and I will look at you with love-filled eyes radiating directly towards you, and you will feel it, LOL! It’s a Chihuahua thing. So is burrowing under a blanket to snuggle, even in the summer, and I do that too. I’m simply adorable and sweet, with an independent streak, and will stand up and reach out my arms asking to be carried or sometimes snuggle on top of you. I’m well-behaved and housebroken. I rarely bark and I don't mind going for a walk with a leash and itty-bitty harness, but it’s really easier to carry me. I am dreaming of a wonderful future and a loving home and hear the Eastern Seaboard is the place to be. Inquire about me today!
* 4 Little Paws is based in CT. We adopt in many different states along the East Coast. Transport costs are included in the adoption fee. If you are located outside the states we typically adopt to, we have options to get the dog of your dreams to your location.

Please DO NOT apply unless the entire family / household is on board with adopting one of our dogs. We must receive an application for you to move forward in the process. Thoughtful direct emails are welcome and will be answered. However, an application is still a necessary step. We want to make sure we find our dogs a perfect fit with a family so both the dog and the family are happy. We keep our dogs with fosters once we get them out of shelters for a little bit to learn and understand their personalities. Our relationship with families doesn't stop at adoption! We are always available for any follow up questions and are happy to be a resource as you and your new pet settle into a routine.
