Panda is every bit as cute as her name suggests, and believe it or not, her overwhelming cuteness is not even her best quality. If you are looking for a wonderful all-around pup, you will definitely want to meet Panda. She is happy, friendly, playful, and loves adventure. Smart? Even at her young age, she solidly mastered the "sit" command, is working on "stay" and "watch", has quickly picked up nice leash manners, and is doing well with housebreaking when kept to a consistent schedule. She is highly treat- and praise-motivated, and should be a fun and rewarding partner in puppy classes and other canine training classes. She loves other dogs and would enjoy a fun and playful canine sibling or two to wrestle with, especially one who will let her pretend to be the boss. Her favorite things are suppertime, lots of toys (and preferably a playmate or two to engage in tug of war), snuggly beds, and anything to do with her humans. She would really (really really) love to be invited to sleep in the big bed and cuddle on the couch, and currently weighing around 11 pounds and expected to be on the small side at adulthood, she's the perfect size for both. Panda would thrive in an active household with a person or family who will include her in lots of fun activities and adventures and make sure that she has plenty of opportunities to socialize with humans and other dogs, with the right level of kind discipline to make sure she maintains her lovely manners through her lifetime. Does Panda sound like she might be the girl for you? Don't wait to get your application in to meet wonderful Panda.

All puppies and dogs at Saving Grace are crate trained, have been spayed/neutered, are up to date on their vaccines, are on heartworm preventative and have been microchipped. Their adoption fee is $350.00. Each has been carefully screened for disposition and temperament in order to provide your home with a safe companion that will enjoy life as your new family member.
If you are interested in meeting one of our dogs, please complete an Adoption Application at our website: savinggracenc.org
Sending an Application does not commit you to an adoption, it simply provides us with background information on potential homes. Please review our Adoption Contract before sending an Application to ensure that you will be able to provide the requirements stated in the contract. The Contract must be signed at the time of adoption.
Saving Grace is a small, non-profit 501-C3 organization operated by volunteers only. Most of our animals come from rural animal control shelters where lack of space and resources limit their time and adoption possibilities. Thank you for choosing Saving Grace! We look forward to helping you find your new companion and family member.

More about this rescue
Located in central North Carolina and officially established in 2004, Saving Grace has placed over 15,000 dogs into homes since its inception. These dogs were from rural animal control facilities with little resources and who would otherwise not had the opportunity to receive necessary veterinary care and a chance at adoption. While we have grown significantly over the years and have been successful growing our numbers we still see many great dogs miss the opportunity of adoption.
We have a large variety of dogs varying in breed, size, shape, age and needs and would love to work with you to find you a great dog companion while providing a dog in need with a loving home. Our dogs are chosen based on temperament and socialization. We get some of the most charming, unique mix breeds as well as some striking purebreds. Our dogs come from rural, underserved areas and while they may have little experience as an indoor family member, they have the temperament and personality that is sure to bring much love and appreciation to their new home. Most have started their crate training while in our program. Veterinary care including spay/neuter, microchip, heartworm test, vaccinations, monthly preventatives are provided prior to each adoption. If you would like more information about adopting one of our dogs, please email savinggrace@savinggracenc.org
