Cypress (A137102) is a 7-week-old Pitbull x Hound puppy who weighed just under 8 pounds on intake!

01/02/25 These snuggly pups were surrendered to the shelter in hopes of finding their new places to call home! In typical puppy fashion they will need help with potty training, kennel training, basic commands, and continued positive socialization. Puppies are a lot of work but definitely worth it! As they grow, they will continue to need plenty of mental and physical stimulation. If you are interested in meeting any of these fun pups, please let us know!

All pets adopted from the Shelter are required to be spayed or neutered at time of adoption. If they are not, the adopter is responsible for the cost of spay/neuter surgery. If they are, the adopter must pay an adoption fee ($130 dog/$90 cat). Permanent Identification of microchip or tattoo is required prior to release from the shelter. The fee for a microchip is $15. There is a $15 rabies vaccination charge for all pets where vaccines cannot be verified as current.

We are located in Fairbanks on the corner of Peger and Davis Roads. Our pets are viewable on many different websites and at our facility, Animal Control is open to the public:

Closed Sunday

Last daily visit is at 5:15 p.m. Adoption paperwork must be turned in to Customer Service staff 30 minutes before closing in order to be processed the same day.
