My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Delphi arrived in PA alongside of her mama Atti and siblings Minos & Sparta. Originally born in an overcrowded shelter in South Carolina, they made the trip to Ohio to another foster where they spent several quiet weeks being cared for alongside their mama.

Delphi is an amazing little girl. Aside from her obviously adorable little self, she’s got a fantastic puppy personality. She is extremely content to be alongside of you - oftentimes choosing to snuggle over play. Delphi likes to explore but likes to know you’re in sight. She loves affection and will make sure to reward you with lots of kisses. Her mama is a very sweet and affectionate girl, so it seems no coincidence that her puppies are just as amazing. Delphi loves to snuggle, eat snow , carry toys to where she is laying, walk around with leaves in her mouth and give kisses!

Aside from a few first minutes of protest, Delphi is sleeping quietly in her crate throughout the night. She has just begun potty training and is doing an excellent job of following the older dogs.

Delphi is being fostered in Reading (Berks County), Pennsylvania and is ready to join her furever family.

More about this rescue

We believe that every dog, regardless of health, deserves at least a fighting chance to live, to love and to be loved for the entirety of their life. At Mostly Muttz Rescue, we often choose to save dogs suffering from curable illnesses within the shelter system rather than rescuing dogs that will be easy to place.
