My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Frack: The Sweetheart with a Spark!

Born on August 1, 2024, Frack is a 5-month-old pup with a heart full of love and a personality that shines brighter than the stars!

Frack is equal parts playful explorer and cuddly companion. His soulful eyes and floppy ears will melt your heart in seconds, and his curious nature means every day with him feels like an adventure. Whether it’s playtime in the yard, cozy snuggles on a warm lap, or tail-wagging greetings at the door, Frack is ready to be your loyal sidekick through it all.

We believe Frack has some Border Collie in him, which means he’s not only smart but also naturally energetic and eager to learn. Because of this, we recommend a home with a higher activity level or experience with herding breeds to ensure Frack gets the exercise, mental stimulation, and structure he thrives on.

Come meet Frack and let him show you how much love can fit into one adorable pup!

Our angel’s adoption fee is $450 which includes being fully vetted, neutered, microchipped and fecal exam.

Please be advised: A $100 cash training deposit is required for all dogs. Upon confirmation of completion of a training class, this deposit will be fully refunded.

As a rescue organization, all adult dogs and puppies for adoption must undergo spaying or neutering. While we strive to complete this procedure before adoption, it may not always be possible. Please consult with your adoption coordinator to verify if this service has been performed or to discuss arrangements for your new companion's care, provided at no cost to you.

Additional adoption info

Thank you for visiting!

If interested in our adoptables please contact us at hopefultailsadoptions@outlook.com, and let us know who you're interested in meeting. You must fill out an adoption application if interested in adopting followed by an adoption contract.

All dogs require a $100 training deposit. Once confirmation of the completion of a training class has been sent to the rescue, you will receive your deposit back in full.

As we are a rescue all of our adult dogs/puppies for adoption must be spayed and neutered. Although we make every attempt to have this done before finding their adoptive families, this is not always possible. Please speak with your adoption coordinator to see of this service has already been performed or they will explain to you if your new dog/puppy will need this service while in your care at no cost to you.

When emailing please include your phone number to help speed up the adoption process. Also, for the safety of our dogs, we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Joliet, Illinois, to allow our volunteers to do home checks, if necessary.
