Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Courtesy Post: Owner Surrender/Rehoming- San Antonio, TX
*This is a bonded pair and they will need to be adopted together. The owner is surrendering them because they are moving and are unable to meet their needs.*
Meet Zion (black tri with blue eyes)! He is a 4 year old Australian Shepherd and weighs 45 lbs. He is neutered, microchipped, up to date on shots, and on heartworm prevention. Zion is good with kids and cats! He is nervous around dogs outside of the home. He is housebroken, but isn’t crate-trained.
Meet Finn (black tri with brown eyes)! He is a 3 year old Australian Shepherd and weighs 30 lbs. He is microchipped, up to date on shots, and on heartworm prevention, but isn’t neutered. Finn is good with kids and cats! He is nervous around dogs outside of the home. He is housebroken, but isn’t crate-trained.
If you think you can provide a great home for Zion and Finn, please contact the owner listed below. There is a $300 rehoming fee to assure good folks with good intentions. This fee will be donated to Australian Shepherds Furever for their assistance in placing Zion and Finn.

More about this rescue
Nancy Gonzalez, founder and CEO, created Australian Shepherds Furever (ASF), a non-profit organization to promote the educated adoption and rescue of the Australian Shepherd (Aussie) dog breed.
In July of 2012, ASF initiated as a Facebook page hoping to have 1,000 user "likes" by the end one year. The page quickly outgrew expectations, now with a network of nearly 27,000 individuals striving to provide aid and refuge to Aussies all over the country.
Using the Facebook page as a platform, the website www.australianshepherdsfurever.org was developed as an additional resource aimed at educating the public on this intelligent and beautiful breed. It provides resources for those seeking help, or those willing to contribute to the Adopt, Save, Foster (ASF) philosophy. Through this philosophy, ASF has saved the lives of countless dogs and helped to provide assistance to those that have nowhere else to turn.
We as humans have a responsibility to speak up and take action in favor of those beings that are less fortunate. Thanks to a team of passionate and proactive volunteers, Aussies nationwide are given a chance at a better life through Australian Shepherds Furever.
