Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Sara was a stray kitten that I took in when she was pregnant. She is about 1 year old. She was born feral and had adapted relatively well to indoor life, but she does not like being in a household with two many other cats. She is okay with my male cat, but when my daughter returned from college with her female cat Sara began marking and fighting with the other cat. Sara would be best in a home with either only one other male cat or no other cats.
She is still adjusting to humans and does not like to be held but she does like pets and increasingly craves human affection. She is a very sweet girl and is very healthy. I hate to see her go and I am doing everything I can to not see her and up in a shelter.
