We found the cat under a picnic table unfed by his mother and abandoned. We called and called rescue places to no avail everywhere is full. We do not like cats at all but didn’t want to leave it or take it to a regular shelter. He is sweet he likes to be petted head to toe and kisses. Panda is in desperate need of a loving home. Thank you
