Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hello. I'm Mitt Mitt, a 15 years young spayed female. The folks here at Safe Place say I'm a Torbie. That means I have tabby striping but Tortie coloring. I'm a petite girl at only 6 pounds but I have a big personality.
I returned to Safe Place when my previous adopter passed away last year. The most recent vet visit found I'm Hyperthyroid. That means I have an overactive thyroid. Good news is the medication is easy to give...just rub it in my ear.
I would do best in a home without other cats. I've never been around dogs or kids either.
My $50 adoption fee includes FVRCP, Rabies, microchip, a new collar, and a months' worth of medication and food and a new collar. Visit www.safeplacepets.org to complete an application or arrange a meet and greet.

Please check out our available pets and contact us to let us know which one(s) interest you. We'll arrange a site visit to your home and a meet-and-greet with your prospective pet once we have had a phone chat to determine if our rescue pet is a good fit for you and you for him/her. If you and the pet decide it's true love, we'll have you fill out an adoption contract and ask for an adoption donation (rather than a fee) of $100 per cat and $200 per dog. A certificate of adoption is mailed to you once the process is complete.
