My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meetings Minnie is a sweet 10-year-old girl who weighs just 11 pounds. She has been spayed, vaccinated, and is wee pad trained, but she also enjoys going outside if kept on a regular schedule. Initially, she may seem a bit timid, but with a little patience, she will warm up to you quickly and will cherish the chance to cuddle and sleep nearby at night.

Minnie has a playful spirit and gets along well with other dogs, although she can be a little shy at times. She truly longs for a loving family to call her own. Her current owner, who is very elderly, recognized that it’s time for Minnie to find a new home that can provide her with the care and attention she deserves. Minnie is friendly with children, other dogs, and even cats. Could you be the perfect match for this gentle soul?

Go meet their pets

Our rescues are with fosters on the east coast. The location in which the foster resides should be listed with each profile.

We are setting up some adoption events now, but are free for private meet and greets if you are interested in one of our adoptable pets!

More about this rescue

We have a passion for senior animals. To be able to save an animal from dying alone in a shelter, to give it a chance to live out its last days/months/years in a home with the proper care and love it deserves, instead of a cold shelter, is what drives us to keep going.

We obviously have financial needs that come with rescuing senior dogs, so we will be rescuing puppies and younger dogs as well so we are able to care for our seniors.
