Warning! These little siblings are THE cuties babies both physically and behaviorally. Meet the 'Ro' litter composed of 5 girls and 2 boy total. Rescued mid december off the busy highway that connects Tijuana to Ensenada. Their rescuer noticed a small little head off a sack of potatos laying on the road and thank their lucky guardian angels they noticed that as they pulled over, walked over andn realized there were 7 little babies just tossed like trash. Sadly, its a common story in rescue and not the first or last time we encounter these scenarios but we are thankful this time none were harmed and all are now done with their quarantines and vetting which means they are READY for adoption.
These pups are baja mutts. They range from largest to smallest in the 6-4 pounds and are approx 2 to 3 months old which means they likely will grow up to be in the 15-25 pound range (prob 20lbs) The pups seem to be a terrier mix, some look more like a daschund and others like wire haired terriers. ALL are energetic, happy, loving and social with a beautiful personality who love humans, dog and cats. They are young babies so DO NOT inquire about them if you are not ready to puppy train ei house/potty train. They currently are crate trained and do great.
These pups are available for adoption as of 1/1/25 and we are seeking adopters LOCAL to san diego as they have NOT yet been sterilized. They all have appointments mid Jan to first week february. Adopters can meet them now and adopt now (we do NOT place holds on rescues) BUT adopters need to agreet to drive down to the 92104 zip code area for their surgery appointment. Its a early morning drop off and pick up by 1pm SAME DAY. For this reason we can only consider adopters local to San Diego. Please, only submit applications if you are ready to meet them now. Adoptions are typically the same day of meet and greets assuming the meet goes well and applicant wants to adopt. NOTE: Adoption fees INCLUDE sterilization surgery, we just request adopters drops off and picks up the day of surgery. Meet and greets are scheduled in the 92111 zip code and the first step is to submit adoption applications online at ARWOB.org

More about this rescue
The A.R.W.O.B. group is based in San Diego, CA and operates mostly in Mexico as well as Southern California and will come to the aid of any animal in need which crosses our path. Our belief is to do what we can in order to “Make a difference in their lives.” From experience we have observed and feel the companion animals of Mexico are in the greatest need and accordingly we focus much of our efforts in Baja, Mexico. However, we certainly extend our help to our north of the border critters by accepting relinquished family pets, exiting both dogs and cats from the shelters of San Diego and of course by working in conjunction with other animal rescue groups in the community
