My name is Charlie!

Charlie is a sweetheart. We got her a few years ago. After a visit to the Vet she became ill and started scratching herself violently (to the point of being bloody and hairless) for some reason. After tons of vet visits and no answers we decided to stop bringing her and take her cone off. Since we gave up taking her to the vet she has gotten beter. We give her one food in case its an allergy to something. Now she still scratches but not nearly as bad as she once did. Some hair loss enough of the time. She has become very shy. If picked up she is still lovey but mostly isolates. You have to give her a ton of attention consistently to get her out of her shell which is something I am no longer able to do. I have joined the military and can no longer look after her. She is a good cat but has some issues. She is lovey but shy and needs someone who can give consistent care. Please help.
