Howie is a sweet and shy fostered Jack Russel Terrier looking for his forever home. He is about 3 years old and weighs 12 pounds. He is a very quiet and calm dog just looking for the love and attention he deserves. He has been neutered, microchipped, and crate-trained, and all of his vaccinations are up to date. Howie walks great on the leash, gets along great with other dogs, and loves to be held and cared for. He's very smart and obedient and would make a great addition for any loving family.
