Meet Takeo,

URGENT THIS SWEET FRIENDLY BOY CAME IN STRAY WITH A SEVEY EMBEDDED COLLAR AND NOW THEY WILL KILL HIM IF HIS HERO ISNT FOUND !
Takeo came into our shelter as a stray with terrible embedded collar wounds. He is VERY friendly, has LOTS of energy, and is also VERY strong common for a shepherd. He is being such a good boy with his new dog friends! This is a dog that has been left tied up outside for far too long to have had injuries to his neck like he did he should not now lose his life.
