Chester may be the perfect cat - a friendly boy who loves human attention – and will greet you and your guests in search of pets and belly rubs. He loves to play with toys (particularly feather wand toys) and has developed a taste for snacks. Found abandoned near a feral colony, Chester is house-trained, thrilled to be back inside and in a home – ready to be the perfect companion to a loving home.

Chester is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, has been dewormed and treated for fleas. He tested negative for FIV and FELV.

Additional adoption info

Interested adopters first fill out an adoption application, after which they can visit our animals in their foster homes. If they would like to adopt and their application is approved, they then complete an adoption contract. We also ask for an adoption fee to help us continue our work.

We hold Saturday adoption events at Unleashed by Petco in Park Slope and Petsmart on Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn (check our website and Facebook page for more information) and have cats at Bushy Tails pet store in Bushwick and Petsmart.
