My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Great news! My adoption fee has been paid by someone who loves me and wants me to find a great home.

Here's what you need to know about me:

Hello, I'm India, and while I might take a little time to warm up to new friends, I promise I'm worth the wait. My favorite things in life are gentle chin scratches, sunny windowsills, and showing my appreciation for pets by raising my rear end in the air (my humans call it my "elevator butt" and think it's adorable). At 11 years young, I'm looking for a patient home where I can take my time settling in. Once I'm comfortable you'll see just what a loving companion I am - and yes, I'll definitely give you plenty of those endearing elevator butt moments once I trust you!

If there are kids in my new home, I prefer to meet them before going home. An adoption counselor can tell you more.
