Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Spi is a 4 year old female pitbull. She is spayed and UTD on vaccines and has a clean bill of health. She is house and crate trained. She was dumped on our family after her previous owner decided they no longer wanted her, and prior to that was chained to a tree and spent her first year of life living completely outside with little food or attention.
Spi has such a goofy personality, is so sweet, and knows lots of tricks (sit, spin, down, jump, heel, stay). She likes to do zoomies when playing with toys and loves tug toys. She is a very fast runner and really enjoys going on runs and hikes, but also loves just snuggling and hanging out. She loves our goddaughter who is 10 and likes to give kisses and lay in her lap.
She is wonderful, but we don't think she will do well in a home with other animals due to past trauma before she came to us. The presence of other dogs has been extremely stressful for her, so unfortunately she will need to be the only pet in the home.
