My name is Jet!

Jet lost his mom to cancer Dec 30. He was a loving, loyal companion to mom for 8+ years. He’s about 9-10 years old. He’s had a sadness in his eyes since. He jumped onto her hospital bed to be by her side during her final hours, an act he doesn’t do, unless coaxed. My heart breaks for his loss and mine.
He is a kind, gentle, soul & isn’t bothered by most anything, except storms. Trazadone helps. He has some loss of hearing but has clear eyes and capable hips. He needs a calm, quiet. slow paced home, preferably, as the only pet, and would love another senior, or couple, to love, & be loved by. He enjoys being outside, laying in the sun, rubbing his back on grass, but IS an inside dog. Has doggy doors to soak up the universe at will. Meals and treat time is the only pep in his step you’ll ever see. He loves to sniff new people and get to know them. He is a special gem, who deserves an antique necklace. My dog & I are leaving the country in a camper van…not Jet’s lifestyle.
