Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Zona is an incredibly affectionate and confident orange colored tabby DSH cat who was brought to us with her brother Enzo because their previous owner moved into a home that doesn't allow pets. Zona and Enzo are a bonded pair and we are searching for the right person to provide a loving forever home for them both. Both Zona and Enzo love people and want to snuggle up with their human any chance they get. They both get along well with dogs, other cats, children, and even smaller animals such as rabbits and chinchillas! Taking these two cats home would be an easy decision and they would love the opportunity to lighten your lives with their shining personalities! Enzo and Zona are both currently 11lbs and their date of birth is 11/20/2022.
Our adoption fee is $125 for small breed dogs under 20 pounds and $100 for all other dogs and cats unless otherwise noted in their bio. Every pet available for adoption is current on shots spayed/neutered, and microchipped. You may submit an application online for pre-approval and to set an appointment or you can visit the shelter Wednesday - Sunday from 11am - 5pm. Please note that the kennels close for pet viewing at 4:30pm.

More about this shelter
The mission of the Humane Society of Pulaski County is to rescue, care for and find homes for abandoned, abused, homeless and unwanted animals; to reduce suffering of animals; and to reduce the number of homeless animals through adoption, spay/neuter, and through education.
The Humane Society of Pulaski County provides access to low-cost, healthy, inoculated, sterilized animals to people seeking to adopt animals as pets only. Adopters are screened to see if they can provide the basics of care for the animals, proper housing, and continued veterinary maintenance; and have no history of animal abuse or irresponsible ownership.
The Humane Society is a private no-kill shelter, supported solely by donations, fund-raisers, bequests and grants. We receive no city, county or state funding, nor are we affiliated with any other organization. We have been rescuing animals since 1946, and have been in our present building since 2000.
